FAQ

1. Shipping:

All orders are shipped with Canada post unless you ask us to use a different courrier. If you don't want us to ship with Canada Post please contact us EMAIL ONLY. You will have to pay extra since different courriers cost different prices.

We try to ship out your orders as fast as we can.

If you ordered a pre order item please allow 7-10 days for us to ship your shirt. If you chose the same/next day option we will be shipping it in that time. If you don't receive tracking after that you can email us and ask for a refund. 

If you ordered a pre order, it can take from 2-6 months. If you don't want to wait for the pre order to finish then please don't buy it when it's a pre order. 

If you do buy a pre order and you chose same/next day option, your package will be prioritized over the others, when we get the pre orders in hand we will ship it out the next day. (Most of the time the batches come very late so we most of the time cannot ship it the same day, sorry).

we have an option for non tracking. This is for mainly people who live outside of Canada and Usa, however anyone can choose it. If you do choose this option, it will come with it's risks. There is no option where we can get sendbacks of those packages, if you're going to use this option please please please, have all of your information correct. We will not be liable if you mess up your address. 

Sendbacks can happen and it has before. This is from either refusal of delivery from the customer or invalid address. If this does happen to your order, we will contact you. From the second we contact you, please respond to the email. If you don't respond within 2 weeks your order will be cancelled and a refund will be given. If you don't respond after we email you, then we cannot refund you until you respond to us (if you ever). 

It will take around 8 buissness days for a package to deliver to your house if you live in Canada and USA but it can take longer if there are delays. It would take 14 buissness days for any order outside of Canada and USA.

2. Pre orders: 

As we said in the last part, Pre orders can take from 2-6 months. we're a one man operation, we're doing our best but we cannot make everything in 5 days. 

We frequently post about the pre orders, weather on instagram or on our productions page. If you want updates on your orders please contact us, on email or instagram. 

We use a system for which pre orders will be next, those factors are: highest demand, longest that was a pre order, and which one we like the most lololol.

We ship everything together, once all of your shirts are in hand we will ship it. If you want us to ship out seperatly you will be charged the difference. 

Sometimes we sell non hells stuff, these are wholesale orders, and if we're buying massive amounts, were unsure how long they will take as we're not in control of that production, we're only buying it. 

3. Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds can happen but theres only a few ways. 

1. Cancelled shirts: it does happen sadly. If it does happen we will contact yall. Please respond I'm not kidding. You can also get an exchange if you don't want a refund.

2. Defective shirts: If a shirt is defective then we will be sending a replacement first, if that replacement is also defective then we will send a refund. We are not liable if you, wash the shirt and it gets stained, if you rip the shirts, and stains that you caused.

3. Unanswered sendback emails: We want yall to have and enjoy your shirts, so please help me help you. More about this point is answered in the shipping section.

Those are all the ways you can get a refund. 

For exchanges, you don't need any reason to exchange the product, How much you paid is how much you can exchange. If you bought a hoodie for $50 and you want to exchange it for 2 shirts that cost $20 each, you will receive a $10 credit for our entire store. It will be a one time code we generate for you. 

4. Size Change/Address change

For these two parts please don't wait to last minute, msg us asap!!!!!

For size changes, If you ordered a pre order shirt and we haven't started production on them we can change the size for you. However, If we did start production and you want to change the size, you must look at our website to see if we have that size. If not, we cannot change the size for you. If the shirts aren't pre orders and you want to change the size, you must contact us asap. Sometimes the sizes will sell out so we unfortunatley cannot change it.

If theres a size you want and we don't have it. Please pre order the shirt and add it in the notes. The biggest size we can go is 4xl.

Address changes is important!!! email us as soon as possible!!! Don't be shy!!!!!

5. Prices/Taxes/Currency/Price raise

All of our prices are in USD. USD is a very universal price. 

Every year there will be a price raise. Inflation is a bitch I know ;(. We must stay with the times. 

If you live in the USA, bigcartel automatically adds tax for some reason, we can't turn off that option. 

6. Wholesale/Trades

If you're interested in wholesale please contact us via email. We consider wholesale purchases to be over 20 products. If you want over 10 shirts of one band shirt we must get the permission of the bands to sell it to you. 

We are also interested in buying old gems. Please let us sell the old gems. 

If you're interested in trading with us. Please send a list of everything you have in stock via email, and the sizes you have. We will also send you a list. I cover the shipping to you, and you cover the shipping to us. For the first time trades you must ship to us first. This is a way we can trust you. 

7. Sizes:

The blanks we use for our shirts are called merch cons. Some other distros that use merch cons are FTOL, and brutal mind so the sizes are the same as their shirts, if you're unsure what the sizes are, these are the measurements:

S : Width 45-47cm x Length 68-69cm
M : Width 51-53cm x Length 73-75cm
L : Width 54-57cm x Length 76-78cm
XL : Width 58-61cm x Length 78-81cm
XXL : Width 62-64cm x Length 81-83cm
XXXL : Width 68-70cm x Length 82-84cm

Now that the more serious questions are answered here are some less serious questions:

1. Customizing your product:

We love to see what you do with your shirts, once its in your hands feel free to add whatever you want on it. We also would love to see what yall make so please send us!!!!!!! :D

If you are going to resell the products, we would prefer if you gave the money towards charity but I can't really do anything about it.

3. Who are we:

We're a distro that wants to sell all genres of metal, later on we want to sell more than just band merch. We formed in December 28th 2022. I saw that alot of places don't sell alot of the stuff I wanted to see so we want to fill in that space. We never want yall to buy something you don't want so never feel pressured to do so! Our goal is to treat people how you want to be treated.
