This is where all of your questions shall be answered!

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not given out unless one of the three reasons are provided: 

1: Cancelled Pre order:

If a pre order is cancelled, you will be given your money back (Unless you ask for an exchange) A refund can take from 1 week - 2 months. 

2: The shirt comes out defective:

If your shirt comes out defective you will be eligble for a refund, however there is something you must do, please record yourself opening the package. (Uber eats does the same thing, lol)

3: A mistake on our end:

If we overstocked a certain listing, and we don't have that stock, you will get your money back. Pretty simple.

For any other reasons, we do not do. refunds, only exchanges. 

Shipping:

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fill out your address correctly. If your package gets lost, we are not responsible for it, thats canada posts fault. 

We strongly advise that you buy insurance with your order, what insurance does is, if your order goes missing in transit, you will get a replacement, or a different shirt, up to you, however the replacement must be worth the same value as how much you paid, not more not less. We can provide you if you will be a long time buyer, the lifetime insurance is best, but if you're only buying once, the one time insurance is best. If you do not buy insurance we will not send you a replacement.

Shipping on stuff varries, It could take one day - 6 months (Depending on if you bought a pre order or not. If your order contains a pre order and non pre orders, everything will be shipped at the same time, unless you want to pay the difference in shipping the non pre orders first and the pre orders later. 

If you will be changing addresses, please let me know as soon as you can!!!!!! If you don't email us, we will not be responsible for your package being shipped to the old address.

Pre orders:

Due to some stuff, there has been a delay on all the pre orders, I do apolgize, very lame sauce. Pre orders can take 2 months - 1 year, yes I know very long however the wait will be worth it, all of our shirts must be perfection, no direct to film, no direct to garment, and all of that. Only screen printed.
